Rust Jobs for Rustaceans

About the Role
Are you passionate about Rust and eager to work on cutting-edge AI-assisted development? We’re looking for an experienced Rust Developer to contribute to a high-impact project focused on evaluating AI-driven Rust development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with real-world Rust codebases, implementing features and debugging
• Ensure memory safety, ownership rules, and type correctness
• Write and execute comprehensive tests (unit, integration, property-based)
• Refactor code while maintaining performance and reliability
• Handle multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Rust development experience
• Hands-on expertise with Tokio, Actix, Rocket, Serde, and Rayon
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
• Experience with Rust’s testing ecosystem (cargo test, proptest, quickcheck)
• Prior contributions to open-source Rust projects (Nice to Have)
