About the Role
We’re working with a cryptography-focused startup building secure infrastructure for decentralised applications. Their core tech enables private, cross-chain smart contract functionality using advanced encryption methods still rare in production.
They’re now hiring a software engineer to help scale their core infrastructure. You’ll work across the protocol stack, helping build production-ready systems and getting hands-on with secure computation at the protocol layer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the backend infrastructure powering confidential smart contracts
• Work across systems in Rust, contributing to a robust cryptographic SaaS tool
• Debug and test the full protocol pipeline, from code to deployment
• Monitor performance and scale up systems where needed
• Tackle unknowns and be a key player in bringing their vision to life

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a software engineering role
• Proficiency in Rust
• Strong systems knowledge and experience building robust backend tools
• Bonus: understanding of blockchain VMs (EVM/SVM), FHE/ZK/MPC concepts, or cryptographic infrastructure
• Passion for privacy tech and secure computation
