Rust Jobs for Rustaceans

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong Rust skills who thrives in collaboration with product, UX, and other developers. You will build scalable services and APIs in a modern cloud environment, with a focus on performance, security, and robust testing.

Requirements:

• Has solid experience in backend development and Rust in production (e.g. async with Tokio/Axum/Actix).
• Can design and implement scalable APIs (REST/gRPC) and event-driven services.
• Proficient in databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and cache/message queues (Redis/Kafka or similar).
• Familiar with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Writes testable and secure code and is comfortable with code reviews.
• Is social, communicative and enjoys working closely with stakeholders.

Meritorious : Experience with Go/TypeScript, observability (OpenTelemetry/Grafana/Prometheus), IaC (Terraform), and performance profiling in Rust.
