About the Client
We’re currently hiring on behalf of an international music-tech startup headquartered between Spain and the UAE, with a clear mission: to give creators ownership, fans a voice, and the music industry a decentralised future.

This isn’t a clone app or a Web3 buzzword—it’s a deep-tech platform solving real problems faced by creators. Built from the ground up using distributed ledger technology (DLT), decentralised identity (DID), AI-driven, and real-time streaming infrastructure, this iPaaS (Integrated Platform as a Service) is designed to redefine how artists and fans connect.

You’ll be joining a team that’s building:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior back-end DLT Engineer to join their team in developing a groundbreaking decentralised framework for MuFi (Music Finance) & RiFi (Royalty Finance). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain smart contracts using Solidity on the Hedera EVM.
• Develop and implement secure and privacy-preserving identity management solutions using decentralised identifiers (DIDs) and verifiable credentials (VCs) for event attendees, organisers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement tokenisation and wallet functionalities. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in blockchain development.
• Lead product assigned developments.

Requirements:

• Rust Web Microservices experience (Relevant Rust projects: Tokio, Axum, Actix-web, SQLx, Diesel)
• PostgreSQL experience in the context of web microservices, data engineering and analytics experience
• **EVM **(Ethereum Virtual Machine) Smart Contract Experience
• Experience with decentralised identity management solutions and standards, such as W3C Decentralised Identifiers (DIDs) and Verifiable Credentials (VCs).
• 4+ years senior development experience or master's degree in computer scienceor equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or master degree in Computer Science or self-thought
